- Full name and professional title
- Location (city/region in Portugal)
- Speciality and type of practice
- Contact details where publicly available (professional website, phone, email) - available soon on the website
Testimonials and recommendations submitted by mothers about them
Note: Practitioners are listed based on community recommendations. Their data is collected from publicly available professional sources and from submissions by community members.
3.3 Technical data (all users)
- IP address (anonymised where possible)
- Browser type and device information
- Pages visited and time of visit
- This data is collected automatically via standard web server logs and is used solely for platform security and performance purposes.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
Account and Registration Data: The processing of your email and account information is necessary for the performance of the service (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) to which you subscribe when creating an account.
Testimonials and Recommendations: Legitimate interest in providing community information (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where explicitly provided, your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Practitioner Directory Data: Legitimate interest in providing a public information resource (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
5. How We Use Your Data

- To publish community recommendations and practitioner profiles on the Platform

- Deletion requests: If you request account deletion, your personal data will be removed from our active databases within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law or for documented moderation disputes.

We recognise that practitioners have not actively consented to being listed on this Platform. If you are a practitioner and wish to:
