Hi I'm Rose. I am an experienced HypnoBirthing practitioner and birth coach, and my aim is to provide you with all the tools you need for an easier, more comfortable, positive birth experience. I am a clinical hypnotherapist and I trained with The HypnoBirthing Institute (Mongan Method) in 2012 and more recently with The Wise Hippo. I have helped thousands of wonderful couples prepare for a healthy pregnancy and an empowering childbirth in Portugal, Spain, Gibraltar and other European countries. I love what I do, why, because HypnoBirthing works and I can’t wait to share this wonderful program with you. I also offer Fertility hypnosis with mind body techniques & pregnancy reflexology.
