I am Charis, a german certified midwife, practiced there to support pregnancy, birth and postpartum. I am now practicing in the area of Sintra, Cascais and Ericeira as a doula with midwife background. The focus in my work is to empower woman and families to go strengthened and supported through mother-/ parenthood. Providing the individual help that is needed with empathy, experience and evidenced based information. I am guiding pregnancy and the preperation for birth and postpartum. As well as offering postpartum home visits. Also offering classes about birth preperation, breastfeeding preperation and solid food. As well as pregnancy and postpartum yoga. Happy to meet you 🧡
