Rita is Portuguese, she integrates Doula and Intuitive Movement, bodywork/massage, intuitive dance, breath work, meditation, intuitive cooking nutritious food, and women care. Her intention is to be in service and honor life, so any person can begin to center and find themselves by connecting to their wisdom. She is the mother of one son, Lucas. She loves to be in nature, she is always connected to the curiosity of beauty in life.
